Application Preparation & Photos
Immigration Services at the Institute
The foreign-born have a myriad of routine and special immigration application needs. Some need family reunification assistance, including help filling out Affidavits of Relationship for refugee families. Others need help filling out their Permanent Resident and Citizenship applications quickly and correctly. Still others are seeking a referral to a reputable attorney.

We help newcomers with these and other immigration needs. Modest fees are charged; some clients including recently arrived refugees may receive reduced rates for certain applications and processes. Click here to view a list of immigration application services we provide and their costs.

Photos for applications are available at the Institute. Current cost is $8 for two photos (duplicates).

WE DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL REPRESENTATION. Inquiries are referred to the Immigration Law Project (ILP) of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. ILP provides such services on a sliding fee scale and also maintains a list of local immigration attorneys. Assistance is by appointment only. All immigration forms are downloadable from the
US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) website.
