	Department/Function Overseen: Oversees all administrative functions of the department, including staff and community data, storage, equipment and communications. Chief administrative support staff for Board of Directors and agency president. For Festival of Nations – oversees the food, gift and information booths as well as all non-arts related programming including the World Sports Meadow. Serves as liaison with ethnic vendors, handling recruitment, training, logistics and conflict resolution. Additionally, produces the festival program booklet and has designated site planning and signage responsibilities.

Kelly Patterson Moore
Community Relations and Program Development Supervisor

	Years employed at the International Institute: Since September 2003
	Department/Function Overseen: Oversees the agency's in kind donations programs and provides tours of the Institute and presentations throughout St. Louis. Also develops and oversees training programs for new Americans, including hotel housekeeping, sewing and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Program. Reviews procedures and grant expectations as part of the Individual & Families Division quality assurance team.
	Education: BA, International Relations and French; Bradley University Served in the Peace Corps in Mali as a water sanitation extension agent.
	Community Participation/Awards: Parishoner at St. Pius V - Chairperson for Christian Formation Commission, bringing programs and faith opportunities to our parishioners. 2009 Visionary- St. Louis Archdiocesan Women’s Award
