International Cooking Classes
The International Institute of St. Louis is now offering international cooking classes beginning October 15. Classes are taught by immigrant chefs who will not only share their cooking skills but also their culture. They are held in our 1950’s decorated home ec room with 4 cooking stations.
The classes are a group cooking experience. You will leave with recipes and skills required to recreate the dish at home. Our goal is to share our cooking expertise in a fun and relaxed environment. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with all the supplies needed to create a great meal.
Bring a friend or make a new one while you’re here!

At this time you can only sign-up on our website. Payment is required at the time of registration. For groups of 6 or more we ask that you email Christina at juelfsc@iistl.org. Large groups can adversely affect the class experience for other students, so a private event may be a better option. Our goal is to provide the best possible class experience for ALL class participants, so we reserve the right to deny large groups access to classes. If the class you are interested in is full, you can choose to be placed on our waiting list.
