Rental Fee
- $100 for two hours + $25 for each additional hour during operating hours. Non-profit organization will receive 10% discount of base rental fee.
Availability
- Available Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm when the Institute is scheduled to be open.
Space Options
- Maximum seating with tables: 16
- Maximum seating Theater-style: 24
- Maximum capacity for a standing event: 30
Space Guidelines
- Events hosted in these spaces must comply with the guidelines for all space rentals.
- Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.
Space Amenities
- Eight 6 foot tables on wheels for easy reconfiguration of space
- 16 rolling chairs with armrests
