Request a Speaker or Tour

We do not guarantee to fill all speaker requests, so please wait for a confirmation from a staff person. Usually, we request a speaker honorarium, although in certain cases, including presentations for collaborating organizations, the request can be reduced or waived.

Please note: Schedules, especially for the Institute’s Leadership team, are booked far in advance. Notice of 4 months or more will improve the chances of meeting your request.

Once again, we cannot guarantee that we can fill all tour requests, so please wait for a confirmation before proceeding. While an honorarium is not required, we seek an in-kind contribution commensurate with your ability to gather items to help our newcomer families. Click here for a list of our clients’ needs.

Please note: We are a working facility, operating many activities for hundreds of clients daily. Regularly scheduled tours are conducted at 11 am on the last Wednesday of each month. Make reservations for the regular tour (also required) or request a specially arranged tour using the below form. Tour takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour. We estimate guests will take at least 1,000 steps on this tour.
