Intercultural Community Training

The Education Department at the International Institute believes that communities are strong when all members have the skills, knowledge and cultural humility and understanding to thrive.

To that end, drawing on more than 100 years of experience working with immigrant and refugee populations, the International Institute of St. Louis provides training, consultation, and resources to support workplaces and schools, to improve retention and collaboration and strengthen communication across diverse environments.
